Austwide is a leading name in wholesale distribution, offering over 6,000 products across camping, outdoor, lifestyle, and everyday essentials. Our customers span from camping stores to supermarkets, one-stop shops, general merchandise retailers, specialist stores, and big-box retailers.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated Territory Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a road-based role where you will:
* Build relationships with new and existing customers across a diverse retail landscape.
* Promote a wide range of products and launch promotions to drive sales.
* Secure orders in-store, online, and at tradeshows.
* Represent the brands at key events, including trade shows along the East Coast (some weekend work required).
* Travel to customers in regional areas, particularly North Queensland, 1 week a month.
* Maintain and enhance in-store product presentation to maximize visibility and sales.
* Work both independently and collaboratively to meet and exceed sales targets.
This is a self-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, values independence, and is eager to grow their career in sales and account management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Have a proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
* Be highly motivated, driven, and excited to create opportunities.
* Demonstrate outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Show exceptional planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Be tech-savvy, particularly proficient in Excel and general computer skills.
* Be comfortable with travel and weekend work when required.
* Possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Bring a genuine passion for the outdoors, retail, or lifestyle industries (experience in the outdoor sector is a bonus but not essential).
* Have great integrity, character, and a “make it happen” attitude.
