Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Salzburg for a Back Office Manager (w-m-d). The Back Office Manager will handle day-to-day operations management, back office operations, office administration, communication, and finance-related tasks. The role involves ensuring efficient operation of the back office, maintaining communication with various stakeholders, managing financial transactions, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications
1. Experience in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
2. Strong Communication skills
3. Proficiency in Financial Management and related tasks
4. Experience in Office Administration
5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
6. Fluency in German and English
