RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* Control the back office, reliably handle all administrative tasks, and ensure efficient meeting as well as travel planning and execution.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and organize meetings and workshops, including regular leadership team meetings, international workshops with country participation, international customer meetings, dedicated market calls, and more.
* Manage the Off Premise budget lines (travel, meeting, incentives, etc.) and support all global teams with their individual budgets (planning/tracking and invoice handling).
* Ensure efficient workflows and seamless communication within the HQ teams and our countries with the help of our established communication tools (MSTeams, SharePoint, etc.).
Minimum Requirements
* University degree in Business or Project Management, or the equivalent field experience.
* Good command of English and German; other languages advantageous, but not required.
* 1-3 years of working experience in a comparable position (team assistant or PA) in an international environment with relevant business context (sales department, tourism industry) optional but beneficial.
* Strong IT skills required: especially MS Office.
* Excellent organizational and strong written communication skills.
* A professional and self-assured demeanor combined with a dedicated and conscientious personality.
* High level of self-motivation, commitment, and flexibility dealing with tasks reliably and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.275 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
