Your Purpose
As Cruise Consultant Customer Service, you are the first contact for our clients in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. You handle all communication regarding written requests and guarantee the best service possible according to MSC objectives and guidelines. This position is based in Salzburg.
Your Impact
1. Correspondences via phone and via e-mail regarding all requests coming in from business partners as well as individual clients;
2. Receives and processes all “Lost & Found” inquiries (written and on phone) as well as their follow up;
3. Translates claims to the central shipping company;
4. Supports partially the reservation call-team.
Your Journey so far
Experience in the Cruise Industry or a similar job is an advantage.
Your Essentials
1. Commercial or business education.
2. Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent oral and written German (C-level) and English.
4. Strong sense of efficiency and the ability to prioritize.
5. Self-sufficient way of working, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
