We seek HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partners and Generalists/Operations Specialists who support people leaders and employees.

The essential job requirements include:
* University degree or vocational training in HR Administration & Management
* At least three years of experience as a Generalist OR five years as an HRBP, possibly in a matrix environment
* Solid knowledge of German Labor and Social Law
* Experience working with Work Councils
* Fluent German and English skills
