About the Role
As Call Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our dynamic call centre, overseeing a motivated team while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimal performance. You’ll combine sales strategy, customer service leadership, and technology integration to meet and exceed business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of call centre professionals to achieve and exceed KPIs across sales and service.
* Drive lead generation, enhance transfer quality, and improve conversion rates.
* Be the champion of CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and customer engagement technologies (e.g., Zink, digital wallets, and customer portals).
* Monitor and manage operational metrics, budgets, and reporting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Credit, Broker Support, Compliance) to align goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies and ideas to continually improve lead conversion rates.

* Is customer-focused, commercially minded, and highly resilient under pressure.
* Has 5+ years’ experience in call center management, sales leadership, or customer experience roles.
