* Teamlead of a team in the social media marketing department
* Project management & key account management
* Continuous further development of the social media division (e.g. development & introduction of new products and professional development of employees)
* (Further) development of dedicated social media strategies for clients
* Editorial social media support & conception, optimization & analysis of social media ads
* Implementation of content & social media workshops with customers
* Analyzing the success of implemented marketing measures and deriving recommendations for action
Your profile
* Completed Bachelor's degree (e.g. business administration, media, information science, tourism management) or equivalent professional training
* At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
* Initial experience as (deputy) team leader
* In-depth knowledge of social media ads with a focus on media buying, performance marketing and data-driven optimization
* Experience in strategic planning, implementation and scaling of campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channel
* Confident with bid strategies, budget allocation and A/B testing to continuously improve performance
* Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of image editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Canva etc.)
* Analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
* Organizational talent as well as precise, independent & conscientious way of working
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Fluent language skills in German & English and enjoy communicating with colleagues, partners & customers at home & abroad
Further information
* Gross monthly salary of at least € 3,800,- on a full-time basis
* Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience
