Job Description
We are looking for a Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen Mitarbeiter für Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Projektmanagement. You will be responsible for active press work and independent execution of internal and external PR and communication measures (creating press releases, job postings, and presentations, managing various communication channels, organizing events, etc.) in the LK Waidhofen/Ybbs. You will be integrated into the commercial management but function as a staff position for the entire clinic management. Locally, you will be the contact person for all media and work closely with the regional media coordination of the health region Mostviertel. Together, you will actively shape both external and internal communication based on the corporate design of the NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur.
Additionally, you will work on various projects on different topics, lead these projects, and be responsible for the preventive design of the internal crisis and disaster protection. Both in media work and project management, cross-location collaboration with other health institutions, especially with the PBZ Waidhofen/Ybbs, will be promoted.

Your Qualifications:
* Completed (specialized) university education with a focus on communication or business administration at the BA level
* Additional training in media design/production
* Communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and commitment
* Stress resistance, flexibility, resilience, and reliability
* Experience with communication measures and high communication skills
* Independent work in close collaboration with the clinic management
* Quick comprehension, networked thinking, and service-oriented work
* Perfect spelling and typing skills
* MS Office knowledge
* Medical terminology is an advantage
* Willingness to complete the service training modules
Requirements for employment with the Land Niederösterreich include no criminal record and proof of medical vaccination/immunity.

We offer you a contractual employment relationship according to the provisions of the NÖ Landes-Bedienstetengesetz (NÖ LBG) and an attractive compensation package with a monthly gross salary between €4,315.00 and €4,496.00 (14 times based on full-time including shift service remuneration).
