We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Manager:in to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.
The role of the Marketing Manager is to oversee the management of all areas of the department and ensure that Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is launched and managed in line with the strategic direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing and Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
Job Summary:
* Arranges all aspects of management and the coordination of marketing activities to include scheduling, compiling reports and developing presentations. Oversee agency and media relationship management, social media and content creation, event management.
* Propose and implement partnerships to drive bookings, acquisition of guests and support retention across categories (rooms, wellbeing and F&B).
* Implement a social media strategy by channel, including building the community, increasing awareness and engagement, integrated with paid media, influencers and content.
* Oversees and manages the press library, DAM (content management system) marketing and communication files and folders. Prepares and executes a variety of internal and external functions, e.g. media training and KPI tracking reports.
* Manages the development of all marketing projects, including overseeing events and building media relationships.
* Develop as required with the DoSM and Regional brand marketing lead, a paid media strategy, in collaboration with the digital team to drive awareness.
* Manage the content asset calendar and planning alongside production of content and digital assets.
* Manages monthly reports and competitor insights alongside media reviews, press release development, etc. with the support of the agencies to share internally.
* Oversees the maintenance of the marketing and communications database for media and partners and handle gifting and communications .
* Organizes the planning and media outreach to support projects, including press release writing and distribution, press kit compilation, photography selection.
* Answers media requests for property and spokesperson information and materials.
* Liaises with suppliers when necessary and as directed (e.g. clipping service, graphic designers, public relations and advertising agencies) to help ensure the quality and timeliness of their work.
* Travels to hotel or business locations team if required.
* Manages the budget accounting tasks, including processing purchase orders and expense claims, according to finance guidelines.
* Contributes to ensuring that brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
* Is always a "Brand Ambassador" at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
* Models the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.
Required Skills :
* Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Works well under pressure.
* Fluent native speaker in German including verbal and written English
* Meticulous at organization and good at writing and communicating.
