Working as a Field Operations Dispatcher as part of the Service Operations department in the region AT++ which includes Austria, Hungary, and Switzerland. Together with colleagues from many different countries, your task is to schedule the jobs for service technicians on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in accordance with the approved global process instructions, business rules, and your own best knowledge. You will streamline the workload and efficiently handle things impacting the plans to ensure the flow of work will be stable and technicians will have work to do. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the service technicians are always supplied with the material they need for their service activities. Fault planning and troubleshooting are also important parts of these activities to keep the turbines running and the region powered. Be a part of the build-up of renewable energies in Central Europe.
Your responsibilities:
* Balance all assigned Portfolio orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
* Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to cover demand. Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time and confirmed available at the storage location before crew mobilization
* Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
* Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
* On-time communication to crews and partners is guaranteed
* Participate in periodic improvement activities to improve KPIs and PPIs related to the role
* SAP and/or Salesforce experience beneficial
* Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs
* Knowledge of LEAN principles
* Fluent German and very good English language skills
* Technical and planning framework understanding (training will be provided)

* High degree of flexibility (working in a changing environment)

* Safety awareness
* System user of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce beneficial; however, training will be given

The actual salary is significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement (minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the metal industry for job group III in the 1st year: €37,361.66 annual salary - years of employment in the same job group also increase the minimum salary).
