To support this vision, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This position is for our head office in Leonding with the option to work remotely as well. In this role, you will be the face of our company for some of the world's top telecom providers. Building on your experience in B2B software sales, your deep knowledge of the telecom and retail industries, and a solid understanding of complex software solutions, you will foster strong relationships and ensure that the needs of our customers are met with precision and care. Strategic account management: You will build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with your key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions. Account growth: You will spot untapped opportunities with existing accounts, upsell relevant solutions, and drive revenue growth. End-to-end sales leadership : You will lead the entire sales process, from initial engagement through contract negotiations to a successful close, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience. Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, such as product and project management, to guarantee smooth delivery and successful project implementation. Industry expertise: You will effectively use your knowledge of the telecom and retail industries to position our software as the ideal solution for our customers' challenges and stay ahead of emerging trends. Reporting: You will track key metrics and provide regular updates on account performance, sales targets, and client feedback to senior management. Travel: Be ready to travel up to 30% to meet with customers and attend industry events. Your profile Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales and have successfully managed key accounts, ideally in telecommunications or retail technology. Technical know-how: You are well-versed in complex software solutions and comfortable explaining technical concepts. Project management experience is a plus. Team player: You enjoy working across departments and contributing to shared success. Excellent communicator: You are a strong presenter and negotiator, with the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships effectively. Problem solver: You are a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the necessary dedication to find the best possible solution for your customers. Languages: You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus. The expected base salary according to the collective bargaining agreement is 4346€ gross per month. The actual salary will be adjusted to your experience and qualifications and entails a performance-based component.
