Job Description:
The Process & Project Management team plays a pivotal role in managing interdisciplinary teams and ensuring seamless interface coordination. A strong customer-centric approach guarantees that all projects meet our customers' needs and provide maximum satisfaction.
We seek dynamic individuals with a strategic vision and exceptional communication skills who can lead our projects to success.
Skill Requirements:
* Completed commercial studies and at least 4-5 years of professional experience in project management
* Excellent communication skills, confident, and assertive manner
* Business management expertise and strong entrepreneurial thinking
* Independent, structured, and meticulous work approach
* Proficiency in German and English - additional foreign languages an asset
* High willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of projects with a commercial focus within the Project Management Office, involving specialist departments
* Business analyses and identification of efficiency opportunities
* Project planning, control, stakeholder management, task coordination
* Active management of project resources (budgets, deadlines, progress, quality, etc.)
* Organization of communication and information, coordinating with all project participants throughout the project lifecycle
* Reporting on project progress
