The Manufacturing team provides value by:
1. Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs, keeping production assigned overall efficient.
2. Adhering to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
3. Planning or contributing to the unit's budget, allocating resources, and keeping manufacturing costs as planned.
4. Executing, supervising, or managing manufacturing front-end processes as assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:
* Preparation of wafers, components, or semi-products and monitoring related hand-stock.
* Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
* Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming, if required.
* Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
A job at this level applies generic skills to execute assigned sequenced work in strict repetition. May utilize simple tools, devices, or execute recurring procedures with commonly known applications to generate work results. Keeps the assigned workplace in a clean state and well organized. Obeys internal work rules and environment, health & safety regulations, as valid for the workplace.
