The Position:
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead the post-Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Integration Cybersecurity program (ecosystem) across the Asia Pacific Region (APAC).
The successful candidate will be a strong technical leader with the ability to implement global security programs and drive change throughout APAC.
This cybersecurity manager will lead post-Acquisition activities till Divestiture or full integration and supervise the cybersecurity posture of our company subsidiaries (cybersecurity ecosystem) within the ecosystem trust standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Management of cybersecurity for post-Mergers, Acquisitions, Integrations and Divestitures for Schneider Electric related Companies.
* Co-define cybersecurity action plans based on cybersecurity assessments, standards, and frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST.
* Ensure complete, efficient and timely execution of action plans (policies, people and technologies).
* Ensure adequate sponsorship and communication.
* Lead escalations.
* Coordinate with Group cybersecurity M&A Director and the M&A organization.
* Management of incidents for APAC subsidiaries and ongoing integrations.
* Answer and coordinate questionnaires or assessments of Customers, Vendors and Partners.
* Follow up with actions plans including KPIs.
Additional skills:
* Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles.
* Strong understanding of Cybersecurity principles and technology.
* Ability to work independently, monitoring a portfolio of subsidiaries in the APAC region.
* Experience with programs and/or projects in an international context.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with maximum autonomy.
Qualification Requirements:
Qualifications include:
* 5+ years of experience with projects in a fast-moving, highly critical, international enterprise environment.
* Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science required, MBA preferred.
* Proven Leadership/Program Management abilities.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of program/project management techniques, methods and terminology to efficiently manage program implementation.
* Professional fluency in spoken and written English.
* Industry-recognized professional certifications such as the Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
* Security standards: ISO7001, NIST, NIS, IEC 62443.
Schedule: Full-time
* Projected travel up to 20% (APAC).
