We are building an AI-powered sustainability reporting solution and recommendation engine designed to help companies use automation for ESG reporting compliance and to have a more positive impact on the environment and society.Sustainability teams spend huge amounts of time manually searching for data, drafting responses to ratings questionnaires, and writing sustainability reports. We help to automate these tasks, and to advance their sustainability strategy and progress toward sustainability targets using LLM technology.This is what your new job looks like:You are building relationships and providing value to a clearly defined list of future customers.You actively engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media, initiating impactful conversations while collaborating with the Oblivation founder to craft and execute innovative outreach campaigns that drive our sales efforts forward.You become an expert in demos of Fabasoft products, value propositions, and ROI presentations, successfully selling Oblivation and complimentary Fabasoft products to your key accounts.You work directly with our founder and engineering team every day to provide customer feedback and influence the direction of the product and go-to-market strategy.You develop domain expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks like CDP, CSRD, Eco Vadis and become a consultative salesperson adding value throughout the sales process.You attend conferences around Europe to build your network and deepen your expertise in sustainability.How we imagine you:You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration (or similar university degree) and ideally two years of practical sales experience.You are an expert in outbound business development for a SaaS product via calling, email, and LinkedIn.You are proficient with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM.You are a dedicated and proactive individual, committed to both personal and professional growth.You are excited by the opportunity to own enterprise sales cycles from first contact to product delivery.You are either an account executive with full cycle experience or a highly driven business development representative ready to take the step to become a full cycle account executive at a growing startup.You are a sales professional who embraces outbound prospecting and enjoys the challenge of cold calling.You have outstanding communication skills and are C1 or higher in both English and German.Demonstratable curiosity in the fields of sustainability, artificial intelligence and sales are a big plus.We really care for experts – and we show this with:First-class catering (breakfast, coffee, drinks, fruit and much more) and fantastic employee events.An inspiring working environment with state-of-the-art office standards.A stress-free, sustainable commute (generous support for the climate ticket and other annual network cards).A base salary (at least EUR 3.500 gross monthly salary, 14 times per year; subject to negotiation based on experience and qualifications) plus an uncapped quarterly bonus calculated as a % of your closed ARR.Do not hesitate to send us an unsolicited application!
