Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for the region in scope to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the LUXstrategy and derived goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate closely with the Global Procurement team, Category Managers and internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, GPO Source-to-Pay and legal departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
3. Communicate procurement initiatives, results, and challenges to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
4. Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met.
5. Lead key tender processes and the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.
7. Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process.
About you

9. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

13. Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
