CR Specialist - Fish&Seafood (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
* You'll be part of an international and interdisciplinary team
* You'll support the development and implementation of our international seafood Corporate Responsibility strategy
* You'll work on projects across the seafood value chain
* You'll ensure compliance with fish and seafood requirements, supporting data collection and reporting toward sustainability goals
* You'll work closely with international and national business entities (e.g., Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance)
* You'll build a strong understanding of the seafood supply chain and engage with suppliers
* You'll work on improving human rights standards along the fish and seafood supply chain
* You'll collaborate and communicate with external partners throughout the seafood value chain
Your Profile
* You have completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on fishery science, aquaculture, marine biology, or sustainable food production
* You have a good understanding of sustainability initiatives and certification schemes
* You have experience with social audits (audit experience or auditor qualifications are beneficial)
* You possess project management skills and strong communication abilities
* Analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data structures complete your profile
* You are confident in using Excel
* You have international experience and cross-cultural sensitivity
* You are able to work independently and have a high level of organizational skills
* You are business fluent in English

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
