The Role
As the Head of the Property Management Department, you will take ownership of a high-value portfolio, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of residential properties for premium clients.
You will lead a team of skilled property managers and provide them with the mentorship and support needed to deliver exceptional service.
In addition to managing properties, you will be responsible for driving growth in the department, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the agency remains a leader in premium property management services.
Working from home and flexibility are also on offer.
This role will include:
* Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants, and suppliers
* Mentoring and training of junior staff
* Management of team KPI's and office performance
* Conducting Routine Inspections and follow-up reporting (where required)
* Conducting Entry and Exit Condition Reports
* Maintenance coordination
* Arrears management
* Negotiation and execution of lease renewals
* QCAT and RTA Conciliations where required
* Bond finalizations
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client-focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require:
* Minimum 3 years property management experience
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Valid driver's license
* Strong client service skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management skills
