We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Business Account & Sales Representative to join our team in Western Australia. You will be primarily responsible for promoting and selling the Mindray PMLS portfolio, including patient monitoring systems, life support equipment, anesthetic machines, and patient monitors.

The Position:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while actively seeking new opportunities to grow HPA’s presence in the WA healthcare market. Your focus will be on driving sales, managing client relationships, and closing deals that align with HPA’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients, focusing on Mindray PMLS products.
2. Drive sales of anaesthetic machines, patient monitors, wearables, and life support equipment.
3. Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
5. Strategically promote and sell HPA products to meet customer needs.
6. Work closely with the National Sales Team to secure new business in the market along with fostering already built partnerships with clients with HPA’s product range.
7. Seek and hunt new business within a dedicated territory.
8. Maintain customer/prospect database/pipeline through regular customer visits.
9. Effectively manage your time and territory.
10. Provide accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts.
11. Determine and agree on a Business Sales Activity plan with the Management team.
12. Perform product demonstrations and manage the trial process from start to finish following the HPA process.
13. Systematically track your territory's progress and proactively communicate findings.
14. Serve as product knowledge specialist for respective HPA products across major hospitals within the territory with support from your colleagues.
15. Educate, train, and provide onsite guidance and assistance to all relevant hospital/facility personnel on the use of HPA’s products and services with support from your colleagues.
16. Provide detailed assessment of customer's initial and ongoing training needs and propose solutions to address the defined needs.
17. Coordinate, set up, and attend exhibitions, meetings, and study days.
18. Gather information about competitors' products and prices in coordination with the Marketing Department.
19. Collaborate with colleagues and be present in the WA Osborne Park office when not at client meetings.
About You:
1. Proven experience in medical sales with a strong track record in account management and closing deals (Minimum 5 years).
2. Previous experience selling patient monitoring, life support equipment, or anaesthetic machines is highly desirable.
3. Clinical experience in Nursing is highly desirable.
4. Strong ability to identify and generate new leads while maintaining existing accounts.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of producing your own proposals and quotes.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Sales budget and forecasting experience.
8. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
9. Work to a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
10. Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
11. Able to travel within state(s) regions and occasionally interstate.
12. Experience in educating and training.
13. Competitive and tenacious with a strong work ethic.
14. Strong relationship building and communication skills.
15. High levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
16. Strong work ethic and team player. You do what it takes to get the job done and are hands-on.
17. Impressive presentation with accomplished interpersonal skills at all levels of the social and professional strata.
18. Willingness to undergo a Police Check and (if necessary) a Working with Children Check.
