Your new challenges which will inspire you: * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management teams, providing strategic HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives. * Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. * Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, career development programs and mobility. * Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. * Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. * Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision making and provide insights to senior management. * Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across different regions.
