Job Summary
Join us in an exciting opportunity as a Product Designer, where you will become an integral part of an extraordinary team of designers and developers dedicated to shaping the future of software at Ketryx.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape, assuming ownership of end-to-end UI/UX design projects and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation. With a self-starting attitude and great attention to detail, you will create designs for new product features as well as polishing our existing UI. Embracing clear workflows and high quality, you'll contribute to Ketryx's commitment to reinventing how medical device manufacturers bring life-saving innovations to market.
This hybrid role requires at least three days per week on-site in Vienna. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a global team, you could be a part of our mission to create safe and reliable medical software!
About You
The ideal candidate is an experienced UI designer who possesses a deep passion for software – particularly in designing exceptional user experiences for navigating and managing complex information. With excellent spoken and written English communication skills, you thrive in collaborative environments where exchanging ideas is paramount.
As a self-starter, you relish the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with engineers, product teams, and executive leadership to ensure design solutions align with the overall product vision, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.
Required Skills
1. 4+ years of industry experience designing software user interfaces and workflows
2. Prior experience with Figma
3. Prior experience with designing web apps and design systems
4. Ability to quickly demonstrate product knowledge
5. Ability to think through complex interaction design
Nice to Have Skills
1. Prior experience in a regulated industry
2. Degree in design or user experience
Compensation
For Austrian employees, we are offering an attractive compensation package. The anticipated gross annual salary starts at €70,000 plus performance-based bonus and will be adjusted according to your qualifications and experience.
