You manage the project within the defined financial-, quality- and schedule-targets. You identify additional opportunities out of the ongoing project. You negotiate with stakeholders on change requests and incorporate them into contracts. You manage the project risks by identifying and assessing all risk factors utilizing available risk assessment tools. You monitor continuously the project status, early identify discrepancies, and initiate mitigation measures where necessary. You work with your team. You agree targets with the team and delegate defined responsibilities and authorities. You ensure compliance to valid regulations, rules and standards. You ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders. You drive the project closure and ensure that all relevant information is filed and available for future projects.
