As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Studio Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive membership growth, and build lasting relationships with our clients as well as support and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
Job Overview:
The Studio Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting our services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes. You’ll lead the sales process, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the franchise owner to achieve the business’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase membership and revenue.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
3. Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including in-person, online, and events.
4. Build relationships with prospective and current members, helping them find the right fitness solutions to meet their goals.
5. Conduct tours of the facility, showcase BFT offerings, and promote the value of our memberships.
6. Handle inquiries and follow up on leads to close sales and retain members.
7. Develop and track sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
8. Collaborate with the franchise owner to design promotions, events, and campaigns to attract new members.
9. Manage memberships, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members.
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of member satisfaction.
11. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or service-based environment.
2. Cert III / IV in fitness.
3. At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
4. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
6. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
7. Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
8. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
11. A positive attitude, self-starter, and problem solver.
