As part of our Customer Happiness team, you will:
* Work in an international company that puts their customers first and wants to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
* Provide written support to customers globally through email and live chat, utilizing our ticket system.
* Use your quick thinking and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize processes when it comes to solving customer requests.
* Utilize your tech know-how to efficiently address and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”.
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.
Your profile
Key requirements:
* 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, ideally with ticket systems
* Great communication skills
* Very good English skills (C1 or higher)
* Proficiency in German, Italian, French or Spanish is a plus
* Valid work permit for Austria

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 28,369 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
