As a key player in our RPS team, you’ll drive the growth of our business, selling individualized, innovative solutions to major global merchants (B2B) across diverse sectors like Food, Fashion, Petrol, Airlines, and Vending.

Your mission at RBI
* Understand complex customer needs across the Card Acceptance domain, Pricing, IT, and Business areas
* Collaborate with RPS Product Managers and third parties to analyze and propose valuable centralized acquiring solutions
* Handle relations with large multinational retailers from initial contact to contract creation and closure as well as successful implementation
* Create high-quality, attractive commercial proposals by coordinating inputs from RBI Network banks, processing centers, and third parties
* Live up your hunting mentality within our sales strategies framework, manage the merchant POS and e-commerce deal pipeline, ensure financial performance, and plan delivery capabilities
* Provide input to the RPS product roadmap
* Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners across the value chain to enhance the RPS value proposition and operating model
Your core competencies
* 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within an international B2B environment
* In-depth knowledge of the card payments industry, including key players, services, technology, economics, EU regulations, and market trends
* Experience with payment cards and transaction-based businesses; experience with specific retailer segments is a strong advantage
* Sound communication and negotiation skills in both English and German, with a proven track record in closing complex deals
* Team player capable of thriving in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and several stakeholders
* Self-driven and self-motivated mentality
* Willingness to travel (up to 8 days per month)
