Job Description:
At RedBull, we are committed to product innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. As a Senior Product Manager for our Point-of-Sale (POS) products, you will play a key role in shaping the future of product development, ensuring our product and the RedBull brand always look like #1 in-store and at any point of consumption. Our POS portfolio plays a critical role in achieving this.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of POS products. Working closely with internal global teams, and externally with our international suppliers, you will ensure that all products are developed in line with our internal needs, while meeting high standards for compliance, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. You will create project-related briefing documentation and manage the entire tender process, from supplier selection to final decision-making. Developing products with nominated suppliers, you will follow a structured stage gate process and oversee the successful execution of product launches. In collaboration with suppliers and internal Quality Management, you will ensure that all products meet compliance requirements, including certifications and product tests. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and managing product development budgets while supporting local RedBull entities in co-developing market-specific solutions.
2. You will oversee your product category from initial market introduction through to phase-out, ensuring an optimal lifecycle strategy. Managing product documentation, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Additionally, you will address quality complaints, driving continuous product improvements when necessary. Within the Material Governance System, you will oversee the creation and maintenance of Product Master Data, ensuring consistency and alignment with procurement standards. You will also approve shipment audit reports following product quality inspections and lead innovation research and feasibility studies to explore new opportunities in product development.
3. You will work closely with procurement teams to identify new supply markets and technologies for POS products. By executing cross-quotations on existing products, you will optimize supplier selection and pricing strategies. Your collaboration with procurement will ensure the strategic sourcing of high-quality materials and solutions.
4. A focus on sustainability is essential in this position. You will work on improving existing products and developing new ones with sustainability in mind, considering factors such as product carbon footprint and energy consumption. Your efforts will contribute to RedBull’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, ensuring that our products not only meet market needs but also adhere to high environmental standards.

6. Experience in project and process management, with the ability to handle multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
7. Strong understanding of structured project management and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
8. Expertise in sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design.
