Marketing & Sales Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional with a keen interest in marketing and sales.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms, as well as being a native German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to work 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona and 3 days remotely for added flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultation and Strategy: Help clients navigate Google Ads by providing personalized marketing strategies and sales advice tailored to their business needs.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring they are satisfied and successful with our offerings.
* Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, promoting additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients' objectives.
* Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, offering recommendations for improvement to maximize return on investment (ROI).
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
* Reporting and Insights: Provide clients with regular performance reports and actionable insights, demonstrating the effectiveness of their advertising strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills in both German and English.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising, preferably with Google Ads.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing practices, pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, and campaign management.
* Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward client support.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
