Your main roles and responsibilities
1. Manage a team of five HR Payroll & Admin Specialists on a professional and disciplinary level and be responsible for their further development.
2. As a Playing Captain, you will not only be strategically involved in management tasks, but will also play an active role in operational payroll accounting.
3. Assume overall responsibility for monthly payroll accounting, preparing the monthly and annual financial statements as well as personnel administration and master data management.
4. Draw up employment contracts, references and additional agreements.
5. Be responsible for optimising and standardising HR administration processes as well as creating and developing HR guidelines.
6. Ensure high data quality in the HR system and promote the digitalisation and automation of processes.
You are just right for this role if
1. you have specialised education (payroll accounting), several years of professional experience and experience in a managerial position.
2. you have sound knowledge of labour and social security law and experience with the BMD NTCS programme.
3. you are creative and innovative and are enthusiastic about designing modern and efficient HR and payroll processes.
4. you are confident in direct dialogue with managers up to the executive board and convince with a positive mindset and a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach.
5. you are a communicative personality, have an attentive attitude towards your team and promote team spirit.
