Your responsibilities
1. Manage sales of products and services to customers within an assigned geographical territory
2. Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers
3. Anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit
4. Collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systems
5. Searching for potential markets for DSI, identifying potential strategic clients, establishing and maintaining good business relationships with them
6. Preparing sales budgets and forecasts based on client, segment and product
7. Ensuring best possible profitability for the business based on market conditions
Our requirements
8. Over 3 years’ experience in a similar position in manufacturing industry / civil engineering
9. Concluded education in civil engineering, technical studies or related discipline
10. Strong understanding of customer service
11. Underground Mining Product technical knowledge required to provide technical advice to clients
12. Very good command of English, Serbian and Croatian
13. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
