Within our “Logistics Processes & Projects” department, you take over the role as SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Super User to implement, manage and develop SAP EWM processes and projects within Zumtobel Lighting.
Responsibilities:
1. As we are now in the “Blue print” stage, you are supporting the SAP EWM implementation.
2. Aligned to this, you are configuring the SAP EWM system and carrying out functional and integrative tests according to the requirements.
3. To guarantee successful and economical warehouse management after deployment, you continuously enhance SAP EWM operation and warehouse operations.
4. You collaborate closely and communicate effectively with important stakeholders, internal project management, and warehouse departments.
5. You write engaging work instructions and training materials and ensure they are always updated.
6. Lastly, you train other (key) users and assist them in learning new functions.
Your profile
It is a MUST that you have successfully implemented an SAP EWM concept; moreover, you are an excellent communicator and team player who can operate assertively and effectively at all organizational levels.
1. Your passion for SAP EWM and WM processes has led you to become an expert in operational SAP EWM (at least 2+) implementation, ideally in an international industrial setting.
2. Any other knowledge in SAP (SD, MM, TM) is preferable.
3. You have the ability to understand the warehouse needs to translate them into a requirement specification, considering the business complexity and project interdependencies.
4. You have successfully managed projects in the past and have expertise in organizing software projects.
5. Ideally, you have experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems in a complex environment, applying tools and techniques to effect business change.
6. Your English is business fluent, and you have very good German skills.
