We are looking for support for our Project Management Office!
This is what your new job will look like
* You will take the lead in coordinating participation in award procedures and support the acquisition of contracts.
* You will support the project organization in commercial and administrative matters, among other things, and will be involved in the creation and monitoring of standards in the preparation of offers through to project acceptance.
* You will take care of the maintenance and further development of standard contracts, templates and processes.
* You will advise and support our project managers in the preparation of offers and contracts as well as in project implementation.
This is how we imagine you:
* You have completed a commercial education (HAK, university, FH or similar) and ideally already have knowledge of project management and/or professional experience in the IT environment.
* You are a team player and are willing to work on IT projects and software products in a dynamic company and can show off your IT affinity.
* You are good with numbers, very accurate, familiar with MS Office and you have very good German language skills.
* You are very structured and have a strong sense of responsibility.
* Thanks to your independent way of working, your teamwork and communication skills, you can quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
