IT Risk Manager Job Description
As an IT Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, you will play a crucial role in driving the management of IT risks across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services and provide guidance on corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services
* Support IT with knowledge and experience in defining corrective measures
* Report IT risks to top management and regulators
* Provide guidance on IT controls design, implementation, and testing
* Validate the effectiveness of IT controls
* Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls
* Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and governance units
* Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit
* Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
* Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
* Excellent command of English
* Nice to have: Fluent in German is an advantage
