The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination, ensuring that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction with a strong customer focus.

Project Management Role Overview
This challenging position requires a business management all-rounder with strong entrepreneurial thinking, independence, structure and attention to detail.
* Strategic leadership of project teams with commercial focus within the Project Management Office.
* Business analyses and identification of efficiency potentials to optimize project performance.
* Planning and control of projects, stakeholder management, task coordination and active resource management.
* Organization of project-wide communication and information exchange with all participants.
Skill Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Completed commercial studies and at least 4-5 years of professional experience in project management.
* Very good communication skills, confident and assertive manner.
* German and English spoken and written - other foreign languages an advantage.
* High willingness to travel.
