Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics
Reporting to the Group Commercial Services Manager, this full-time role is based in Brisbane HQ overseeing all aspects of procurement activities for our company over two manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement optimal procurement plans to ensure continuity of supply to manufacturing.
2. Ensure pricing on procured goods and services is competitive.
3. Monitor and manage supplier relationship, performance, costs, and quality.
4. Accurate analysis and data entry of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
5. Collaborate closely with cross functional departments across two sites.
6. Maintain accurate ERP stock levels ensuring they are aligned to physical stock onsite.
7. Work with COO and production team to develop demand planning forecasts.
8. Onboard new supply chain partners onto ERP system.
9. Importing and exporting of procured and finished products including liaising with third parties on forwarders.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Qualifications or experience in logistics, purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
2. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
3. Experience in using and maintaining ERP systems.
4. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in dynamic environments.
5. Effective interpersonal skills in communication, negotiation, and team engagement.
6. Proficient in procurement management techniques and methodologies.
7. Well-developed skills in complying with any relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
8. Commitment to quality and time management.
