You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You take care of a variety of tasks in the area of project assistance, project controlling and project administration :
Project Assistance:
1. Update and maintenance of project plans upon advice of the PJM
2. Task planning and tracking
3. Requirement management
4. Configuration management
5. Administration of internal and external meetings
6. Dedicated work packages ( presentations, evaluations, reports) upon advice of the PJM
Project Controlling:
7. Controlling, analysis and preparation of project cost data
8. Preparation of data report
Project Administration:
9. Support for resource and cost planning
10. Data management in project management tools
11. Information management ( Confluence)

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time: 15-25 hours per week (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 and 7
