Evolve Early Education is expanding its Childcare operations within Australia, currently operating 36 services across QLD, VIC, NSW, SA & TAS. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Support Office in Helensvale.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our teams on the ground to deliver exceptional quality care and development for our families. You will be intimately familiar with Approved Provider requirements, the National Regulations, and National quality standards whilst ensuring that our policies and procedures comply with the above and other relevant legislation and legislative instruments.
Key responsibilities. (A full position description will be provided to you)
* Management of various Funding - from sourcing to application to ongoing compliance
* Ongoing management and audit of Childcare Management Systems in support of our teams on the ground.
* Ongoing management and revision of centre policies and procedures
* Ongoing support to teams around all areas of compliance (e.g. Food Safety, WHS, maintenance, and others)
* Maintenance of various systems such as PRODA, Provider Entry Point (PEP), ACECQA
* Preparation and distribution of team correspondences, reports, memos and notes.
Desired Attributes - to be successful you will have:
* Experience in a similar role or inthe ‘back-end’ of ChildcareOperations
* Experience with Childcare Management Systems (Xap preferred)
* An understanding of the National Regulations and National Quality Standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work autonomously with a positive and professional attitude
* The ability to meet deadlines and operate under pressure
