You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and joint venture partners to influence direction, improve revenue outcomes, and drive better customer and market engagement.This role reports directly to a senior executive within the marketing division and will have exposure to decision-makers across both domestic and international operations.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic reviews of JV marketing direction and commercial positioningIdentify and drive revenue optimisation initiatives (blending, pricing, supply strategy)Conduct base load demand mapping and customer analysisPrepare high-quality business cases for senior leadershipRepresent marketing interests in JV forums and governance discussionsCollaborate across operations, finance, and technical teams to align commercial strategyUndertake regular international travel to key markets (India, SE Asia, Japan, Europe, Singapore)Requirements10+ years’ experience in marketing, planning, or commercial roles (resources sector preferred)Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing senior decision-makersHighly analytical with the ability to link operational realities with market strategyPrevious operational or mine planning experience highly regardedDegree in engineering, commerce, or a related disciplineFull Australian working rightsBenefits & OfferingThis is a strategic commercial leadership opportunity offering genuine influence at JV partner level.
