About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for the region in scope to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance in alignment with the LUXstrategy and derived goals and objectives.
* Collaborate closely with the Global Procurement team, Category Managers and internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, GPO Source-to-Pay and legal departments, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
* Communicate procurement initiatives, results, and challenges to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and manage the procurement budget to ensure cost savings targets are met.
* Lead key tender processes and the development and execution of contracts with suppliers, including negotiating prices and terms and conditions.
* Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality goods and services.
* Monitor market trends and technological advancements to identify new procurement opportunities and improve the procurement process.
About you

* University degree/ Education, MBA preferred
* Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
* Experience in indirect categories such as professional services, marketing, facilities, IT / Digital
* Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
