In this position, you act as a finance know how hub for all distribution partners and field sales related topics. As a part of the global Sales Controlling team, you and your team act as a business partner for the regional Finance and International Sales teams and drive the global distribution partner and field sales roadmap through the continuous improvement of the global guidelines, concepts, and our system landscape. You address finance matters in connection with Red Bull''s distribution partners including the DP selection and help to improve business profitability through identifying cost efficiencies and constant value chain assessment. RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we''ll trust you with: Business Partnership for Regional Finance Management and International Sales teams * Act as a finance know how hub for all distribution partners and field sales related topics. * Address finance matters in connection with Red Bull''s distribution partners including the DP selection process. * Train local, regional and area finance and sales teams on DP and field sales related topics and tools. Drive Global Finance Distribution Partner and Field Sales roadmap * Further development of KPIs and reporting standards as well as tools for an efficient distribution partner and field sales management. * Continuous development of the global controlling guideline for all DP and field sales related topics. Financial & Risk Management for Distribution Partners * Coordination and lead of the worldwide distribution partner planning and recharge process. * Challenge compliance with accounting, reporting, group controlling and treasury guidelines. * Contribute to avoiding permanent establishment risk and effective credit risk management. * Proper P&L distribution partner planning including the GSV Adjustment where relevant. Drive Distribution Partner and Field Sales Profitability, Efficiency & Effectiveness * Challenge the value chain, pricing and promotional development of Red Bull distribution partner markets through ongoing analysis, country visits and in depth reviews. * Ensure customer profitability is analyzed, and appropriate actions are taken. * Critically assess DP and field sales related launch and business case proposals for the highest long term return and efficiency. Team Leadership * Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment. * Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team''s success in achieving financial objectives as well as project goals.
