Partnering with Accenture and Microsoft, you will collaborate across sales, delivery, and innovation teams to develop cutting edge solutions that address our clients'' needs.In your day to day responsibilities, you will:Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes.Foster robust business networks with both internal and external stakeholders, including decision makers.Recognize and articulate business value, steering sales from proposal to closure.Collaborate with account and sales teams, guiding them through all stages of deal pursuit, review, and approval.Address client delivery issues, ensuring the quality of offerings and solutions in the region.Serve as the primary point of contact with local partners, particularly Accenture and Microsoft, reviewing Data & AI pipelines and educating them on our offerings.Develop strong, effective relationships with Accenture at the offering level.Manage the budget against the assigned country metrics, providing forecasting and sales pipeline analysis to support sales processes.Partner with sales and solution teams on offering and asset development.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Oversee the strategy, performance, and growth of Data & AI offerings in Austria.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and industry giants (Accenture & Microsoft) for full life cycle solution development and execution.Client Engagement: Drive customer conversations, build strong business networks, and contribute to successful client engagements.Partnership Management: Act as the main point of contact with local partners, primarily Accenture and Microsoft.Budget Management: Manage budget against assigned country metrics, providing forecasting and sales pipeline analysis.Professional Skills: Leverage your leadership track record, growth mindset, and strong communication skills to build successful client relationships.Professional Qualifications:Sales and Consulting Expertise: Experience with sales principles, business development, and complex channel management.Technical Competence: Strong experience in partnering with clients for large scale technology implementations, preferably using Microsoft products, Big Data, Database, Data warehousing, ML/AI/IOT.Leadership Experience: Over 7 years of relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery, and business management.Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.Preferred, but not required:Technical Certifications: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Expert, Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure Data Engineer Asso
