The Legal Counsel will oversee and document the minutes of corporate body meetings, including those of the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and their committees. This role involves providing legal and organizational assistance to the Management and Supervisory Boards, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, and managing various legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Corporate Body Meetings: Organize and structure meetings, prepare and distribute documents; prepare meeting notes & record minutes; and follow up on unresolved issues.
* Legal and Organizational Support: Provide ad-hoc legal and organizational support to the Management and Supervisory Boards and their committees, prepare documents for regulatory processes; implement annual self-evaluations and fulfillment of other regulatory requirements; and assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
* Corporate Governance: Draft and review Management applications, ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, draft necessary reports, and represent the company in relevant forums.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements and regulations, and manage the documentation and reporting processes.
Requirements
* University degree in legal and/or economic studies.
* 2-3 years of experience in company law, banking, finance, or similar fields.
* Advanced knowledge in corporate, banking, and stock exchange law; strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities; and digital literacy.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Ideally first experience with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

* The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
