A leading medical technology company is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive sales and business development in Northern Germany. This role focuses on representing a market-leading portfolio of endovascular and aortic products, working closely with surgeons, interventional radiologists, and healthcare professionals who specialize in vascular surgery or interventional radiology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the endovascular/aortic product line, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, hospital procurement teams, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
* Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training for healthcare professionals, emphasizing the benefits and applications of endovascular and aortic products.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned region, leveraging industry knowledge and relationship-building skills.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in vascular surgery and interventional radiology.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven sales experience in medical devices, preferably within the endovascular or aortic field, demonstrating a deep understanding of product applications and market dynamics.
* Strong knowledge of vascular surgery, interventional radiology, or related specialties, enabling effective communication with healthcare professionals and identification of targeted business opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, allowing for successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders and driving of sales results.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results, with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
* Fluency in German and proficiency in English, facilitating effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
