Join us in Bergheim (Salzburg) to strengthen our Global Service team as a global operating spare parts specialist for the customer sales order process.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and regional spare parts teams.
* Develop and support regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level.
* Shape the process and support SAP rollouts using your SAP knowledge.
* Write process flows and training documents and train people.
* Manage master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports.
Your Qualifications:
* Completed technical or business education (HTL/FH/TU) and several years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of SAP (SD Sales and Distribution preferred), Excel skills, and spare parts pricing in an industrial company would be an advantage.
* Willingness to learn and implement things, also openness to understanding business processes.
* Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working with a high awareness of quality and responsibility.
* Willingsness to global travel (15%); fluency in German a plus.
