About the Role
We are seeking a talented and proactive Community Manager to join our client's team. This role is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates with a background in town planning who are eager to develop their careers in the telecommunications sector.
In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including field engineers, civil engineers, and town planners. You will lead the implementation of new policies, regulatory reforms, and ensure compliance with Australian property and telecommunications regulations. Additionally, you will address sensitive issues, manage audits, and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a comprehensive audit program to monitor supplier compliance with regulatory consultation and town planning requirements.
* Serve as a subject-matter expert, providing accurate and timely information to suppliers.
* Respond to external and internal enquiries related to mobile deployment.
* Investigate and address complaints and audits from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
* Develop, update, and maintain key policies and guidelines to align with regulatory changes.
* Conduct audits of key mobile base station planning processes.
* Prepare and deliver training presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in the telecommunications industry and an understanding of Australian property law or town planning, and regulatory frameworks. Whether you're an experienced professional or a recent graduate, you bring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.
