Your mission
* You work in the product management team on the further development of solutions for customers from the mountain railway industry. This includes software and hardware components in the areas of ticketing, access control and e-commerce.
* You capture complex technical contexts, analyze requirements and use them to create specifications for agile software development. You will be in contact with international customers and be the internal contact person for development.
* You compare requirements from all markets, prioritize them in the team and transfer them to development.
* You will work on a product roadmap and support the entire product lifecycle.
* You are the interface between the customer, sales, marketing, development and project management.
* You carry out market and competitor analyses.
* You are close to the market through targeted sales support and active customer contact and derive product improvements from this. You analyze and help with the digitalization of customer processes.
* You lead and moderate workshops with customers, partners and colleagues.
* Together with the UI/UX team, you create concepts for user-friendly and functional software.
* You will communicate about your product and provide training for the sales team.
Your profile
* Technical education in the field of computer science, communications engineering, electrical engineering (university, university of applied sciences, technical college) or relevant professional experience in the areas mentioned or knowledge of the mountain railway industry.
* Strategic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Digital consulting skills and technical understanding.
* Accurate, independent and structured way of working.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Very good written and spoken English and German (documentation/communication/presentation).
* Good knowledge of common MS Office products.
* Willingness to travel.
