Job Description As a People Development Specialist you will support the Global People Development Team in developing and implementing global people development strategies and standards. This role focuses on assisting with the standardization and implementation of global processes for performance management, succession planning, and key talent development. The position does not involve direct leadership responsibilities but requires strong collaboration with divisional HR teams and key stakeholders is on site at our headquarters in Amstetten, Austria. Your responsibilities: * Contribute to the design and implementation of global people development strategies and processes * Support initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and talent development * Analyze global HR data to support decision making and identify trends * Collaborate with divisional HR teams and stakeholders to ensure process alignment * Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in talent management processes Qualifications * Bachelor''s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field * Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role with a focus on people development in an international environment * Strong communication skills and digital fluency * Excellent command of English and German Additional Information If you have successfully worked as an HR Business Partner and want to deepen your expertise in global people development, this is your chance!
