Duties & Responsibility
The Plant Product Manager Teich - Aluminum Category manages the entire product-life cycle of the assigned product group. Developing and implementing sustainable product innovations and steadily optimizing the product portfolio are just a few among the exciting tasks of this role. Summarizing, the Plant Product Manager Teich - Aluminum Category acts as the main interface between customer, production and sales, and brings customers' ideas to life. Further duties and responsibilities of this position are:
1. Providing internal and external support to clients and sales teams
2. Driving and finalizing internal and external projects within the designated segment of Pet Food
3. Cooperating with machinery and film suppliers
4. Working on continuously improving existing product specifications as well as driving, executing, and implementing sustainable product innovations
5. Taking care of cost management and of continuous product cost improvement
6. Performing market intelligence studies
7. Translating customer specifications into internal specifications as well as defining production plans and quality proof plans
8. Supporting customers' claims management in cooperation with our quality management team
9. Closely cooperating with production in order to find solutions for key technical issues for our customers
TECHNICAL ATTRIBUTES:
1. Technical background with ~2 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Application Engineering
2. Experience within the flexible or rigid packaging industry is preferable.
3. First practical experience in Project Management
4. Fluent in English and German (oral and written)

OUR OFFER:
We offer a responsible and challenging environment in a growing and global company with the possibility to further develop within the organization. The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to € 50.286,18 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
