Quality and Compliance Business Partner - Community Aged Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality and Compliance Business Partner to join a large home care provider based in Brisbane.
In this role, you will work alongside another Business Partner and report to the Senior Manager, overseeing the quality and clinical governance functions across the organisation.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that services meet the highest standards and are aligned with regulatory and best practice frameworks within the aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quality and clinical governance initiatives
* Manage and assess data trends from client-related information, incidents, and feedback, and provide actionable recommendations to operations and key stakeholders.
* Conduct audits, support continuous improvement projects, and manage clinical escalations.
* Identify education gaps and provide training to staff to enhance service delivery
* Oversee incident management processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive best practices and improve clinical outcomes.
Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration is essential.
* Previous experience in aged care or a relevant healthcare sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations.
* Proven experience in incident management and driving continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and educate staff effectively.
