Your Responsibilities:
Supports the Process Owner and Senior Process Manager in strategy definition.
Develops the required processes to support the existing and future Business Models.
Creation of global standards for the structure of routings and M-BOMs.
Acts as an ambassador for Driving our process template.
Management of the global operations process expert community.
Identifies gaps between current and recommended processes and supports the organization in overcoming them.
Creates and maintains process documentation.
Active change management on operations processes.
Supports the Senior Process Manager with prioritization of change requests.
Assesses go-live readiness regarding systems, processes, people and other relevant frameworks within his process expertise.
Internal Stakeholders Management
Your Qualifications:
1. In-depth knowledge of operations processes in SAP (ECC, S/4).
2. Knowledgeable about the interfaces between IE and production logistics and engineering change process.
3. Experience in an operative function within an area related to the process expertise or have multiple years of expertise if assigned fulltime as Senior Process Expert.
4. Possibility and willingness to travel to local entities if necessary (e.g. for Fit-Gap analysis, training of local experts, ERP Rollouts, etc.) up to 30%.
5. Pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking as well as coordination and organizational skills are among your strengths.
6. Flexible and strong personality operates well in intercultural environment, able to implement processes and standards.
7. Experience in the management of international Projects beneficial.
8. Well organized and structured person with hands-on implementation skills.
9. Open and communicative, willingness to learn, self-reliant, fluent in spoken / written German or English.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
