Integration and Interface Specialist (m/f/d)
To join our expanding team, we are looking for a part-time Integration and Interface Specialist (m/f/d) at our Klagenfurt location in Austria.
As an integration and interface specialist, you will participate in customer-facing projects to understand the customer's business demands (use cases) and to map/gap them to our standard use cases and integration approach.
Your aim is to design profound solutions for customer integration without endangering our product standards.
You will also be in charge of identifying and formulating improvements to our existing services/methods to excel our headless approach. As part of a dynamic team, you will do this in alignment with the Product Manager and the Development Teams.
Additionally, you will document and disseminate knowledge of our standard integration methods and service details. The experienced information will be archived in our company internal knowledge base (eCademy). Your job will also include training and coaching of internal (group-wide) and external customers (world-wide).
Your tasks:
* Support project managers and customers during API integration projects (inbound)
* Stakeholder management (internal/external), understand, address, and manage needs and expectations
* End-user training of API usage (group internal as well as external towards customers)
* Translate customer use cases into:
o Technical implementation concepts (flowcharts, written descriptions, JSON examples, customer Q&A meetings)
o New interface requirements/improvements (services, methods) to ensure secure and performant integrations
* Align new API demands with Product Management and Development, and monitor their implementation
* Ensure up-to-date and understandable API documentation (Swagger, Git, OpenApi, Flowcharts)
* Release Management of API services in alignment with development
* Management of 3rd party outbound integrations (Payment Service Provider, Parking Systems, other) including their version management and internal/external alignments to maintain stable interfaces
Your profile:
* Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Digital Business or similar qualification
* 1-2 years of experience with interface standards
* Working knowledge of Java and REST services to troubleshoot interface issues
* Familiar with API implementations (Open API), development tools like Git, documentation tools like Swagger, and office applications like MS Office 365
* Experience in customer care/consulting
* Solution-oriented and logical thinking
* Self-organized and motivated working approach with attention to detail
* Interest in new technologies
* English – B2; German – B2; French – B1 is an advantage

For this position, the collective agreement minimum salary of the IT KV classification ST1 standard level (€ 3.843,- gross p.m. - 38,5 hours per week) is provided. A higher salary is possible depending on professional experience and level of training.
